Rich McGlashan 

Rich McGlashan has in excess of two decades of equity market experience, around half of which was gained as part of the top rated UBS Pan European Equity business in London. During that period Rich held senior positions across equity distribution, sales trading and trading with all roles anchored on senior management level discourse with both senior fund managers and board level management of both listed and unlisted business.

He has been ranked as a top three UK country specialist in the Extel Institutional Investor survey as part of the wider UBS Pan European Equity business and gained specialist industry knowledge as a divisional director at Macquarie in London, as well as additional small cap expertise through time at a UK focused boutique. Through these senior and varied roles, Rich has worked on a large number of cross sector IPO and capital raising exercises for many FTSE names down to and including a range of early-stage enterprises. All these transactions and the day-to-day management of maintained brokership clients has involved the careful production and curation of investment narratives and their dissemination to all components of the investment community: private high net worth individuals, institutional asset managers, family office, wealth managers, private banks and hedge funds.
